Elevated Practice Partners was founded to solve a simple but critical problem in healthcare, most practices are clinically exceptional, but operationally limited.

After earning my Bachelor's degree in Business Management and spending more than 10 years serving as Director of Operations for a multi-million-dollar orthodontic practice, I saw the same pattern across healthcare. Orthodontic, dental, medical, vision, chiropractic, and specialty practices were filled with talented providers delivering outstanding care, yet growth remained inconsistent because the operational infrastructure behind the practice wasn't designed to scale.

I created Elevated Practice Partners to change that.

With over a decade of executive leadership, I help specialty healthcare practices build the systems, structure, and strategy necessary for sustainable, profitable growth. Over the years, I’ve led everything from operations and financial performance to marketing, patient acquisition, human resources, leadership development, and practice optimization. That experience allows me to provide practice owners with real world strategies that have been tested and refined inside a high performing, multi-million-dollar organization.

Our focus isn't simply providing recommendations. We partner with practices to implement operational systems that improve patient acquisition, increase case acceptance, strengthen team accountability, optimize workflows, and create predictable, scalable growth.
